The highlight of the week was definitely the company's performance of Romeo and Juliet Fantasy last night at the fund raiser at the home of Izabela and Ersal Ozdemir in Carmel. It was a beautiful evening, and the dancers looked stunning in the setting of a specially constructed stage immediately adjacent to the pool. Much drama was created by the rising of the almost full moon during the performance! Some of the guests had never before seen a Dance Kaleidoscope performance, and I think we won many new fans last night!

During the week we continued to work on Magical Mystery Tour, which opens in under two weeks time. The dancers are now becoming familiar with all of the steps, and I am able to clean, coach and refine. I was also able to keep working on the Sinatra piece. I started a solo for Jill to "That's Life," a duet for Aleksa and Noah to "Something Stupid," and a group section to "High Hopes."
