Step into our studio turned black box theatre for a Martha Graham experience that includes a lecture demonstration led by David Hochoy, a Q & A session and a work from Dance Kaleidoscope repertory steeped in the Graham Tradition.

The stunning costumes and lighting make the full cast of dancers come alive as Scheherazade, a princess, a prince on horseback, a witch and her minions. The rigorous and pulsing grande finale showcases the stamina and pinpoint coordination of dancers always at their peak. This is one of those Dance Kaleidoscopes’ performances that make you leap to your feet!
This work premiered in Indianapolis in 1995, and it’s fitting that this is the last work of the 2022-23 Legacy Season.
